J'ai apprécié la réactivité des responsables qui ont prit notre plainte en compte rapidement et nous ont relogé et cet appartement était tout ce qu'il ya de correct. Pour celui sur la photo, merci de faire les travaux qu'il faut avant de le relouer."

Everything you need when you are looking for accommodation during your trip to Paris. Friendly staff, clear instructions, great location, ground floor, easy to get in and out, just a minute away from the public transport (bus stop, metro station). I would recommend for everyone who are traveling and discovering Paris."

"We were able to leave our bags as we arrived before check in and it was very close to the apartment, we met with Christian who was lovely. The location was great, right at the metro Jacques Bonsergent (stairs only, so tricky with heavy luggage). Near Gare de l'Est main station and shops including a Lidl. Was down an ally and it felt like we lived in Paris, we liked that it was on the first level and away from any other guests. You share a courtyard with another place but we never saw them. The only noise you hear is the footsteps on the stairs as the other residents were quiet. There is no air conditioning (not needed as room wasn't overly hot in summer, windows open and it was fine. There was a fan and we were supplied with more as soon as we asked for them as well as extra towels. Very happy to help their guests and we would stay here again."

"The location is perfect; short walking distance from 2 major metro stops and lines that pretty much take you anywhere in Paris. Short walking distance from the Marais district and cannal, great bars and restaurants. At least 2 amazing bakeries literally at your doorstep; as well as several supermarkets and shops and pharmacies. (I highly recommend the Ramen restaurant at the corner). The property itself was perfect for a family of 3 or 4. Fully equipped, modern, clean, smart TV, good heating. The reception from the agency lady was very friendly and helpful. (Looks just like the photos)."

"The only slight issue was that this specific property gave directly on the street; so it was slightly noisy at certain times ..but nothing that bothered us really. And the walls are a little thin. But overall, I would still highly recommend this property or another from this particular agency."

"Con divano letto aperto lo spazio di movimento nel soggiorno è ridottissimo. Poca possibilità di dare ricambio d'aria all'appartamento. Nel soggiorno/cucina non ci sono finestre, ma punti luce in vetro cemento e per cambiare aria va tenuta la porta aperta che però da direttamente sulla strada. La finestra della camera non ha possibilità di apertura a vasistas (o almeno, ci sarebbe ma è stata bloccata) e non essendoci inferriate è necessaria la presenza di qualcuno in stanza. In descrizione c'è scritto aria condizionata, ma in realtà sono presenti due ventilatori anche se ottimi e sufficienti per una buona permanenza."
